Germán Villalobos tiene una licenciatura en Ingeniería en Robótica Industrial del Instituto Politécnico Nacional, un MBA en Estrategia de Negocios de la EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey, diploma en Liderazgo Organizacional de Harvard Business School Executive Education, así como una certificación en inteligencia artificial por AI Business School manufacturing Microsoft.

Villalobos es pionero en la implementación de tecnologías avanzadas de manufactura para la mejora de la rentabilidad y el ahorro en México y Latinoamérica. Es experto en robótica e Inteligencia Artificial (IA) para la manufactura, asesor socrático de negocios para líderes ejecutivos y empresariales, así como profesor de la escuela de negocios del Tecnológico de Monterrey y autor.

Germán Villalobos tiene una trayectoria de más de 30 años trabajando para las principales empresas de robótica y automatización; inició en Norgren como gerente de ingeniería y aplicaciones; en FANUC como gerente de cuentas clave; en NORDSON como gerente general - Planta Monterrey; en KUKA como director - Sales & Marketing; en COMAU como líder de Robótica – México; y en YASKAWA como gerente general. 

Actualmente dirige su propia firma de promoción y fomento tecnológico para la industria.

Germán Villalobos has a degree in Industrial Robotics Engineering from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional, an MBA in Business Strategy from the EGADE Business School of the Tecnológico de Monterrey, a Diploma in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School Executive Education, as well as a certification in artificial intelligence from AI Business School manufacturing Microsoft.

Villalobos is a pioneer in the implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies to improve profitability and savings in Mexico and Latin America. He is an expert in robotics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) for manufacturing, a socratic business advisor for executive and business leaders, as well as a professor at the Tecnológico de Monterrey business school and an author.

Germán Villalobos has a track record of more than 30 years working for the main robotics and automation companies; He started at Norgren as an Applications and Engineering Manager; at FANUC as a Key Account Manager; at NORDSON as General Manager - Monterrey Plant; at KUKA as Director - Sales & Marketing; in COMAU as Leader of Robotics - Mexico; and at YASKAWA as General Manager.

He currently runs his own technology development and promotion firm for the industry.
