Durante más de 20 años trabajó en DuPont y Dow en los negocios de plásticos y polímeros industriales. En Dow tuvo la responsabilidad de desarrollar y coordinar los programas de aprovechamiento de materiales plásticos posconsumo a través de diversas iniciativas de encadenamiento de empresas privadas, startups y gremios con proyectos orientados a desarrollo de resinas plásticas con incorporación de materiales reciclados.

Ximena Marín is Co-Founder and Partner at BA+, a certified B Corporation that assists companies in their strategic direction towards sustainability. She has served as a Board Member of the Green Chamber of Commerce, a mentor at the Cleantech Hub, a Climate Leader with The Climate Reality Project, and a guest lecturer at universities and other organizations.

For over 20 years, she worked at DuPont and Dow in the industrial plastics and polymers businesses. At Dow, she was responsible for developing and coordinating post-consumer plastic material utilization programs through various initiatives involving the collaboration of private companies, startups, and industry associations, with projects focused on developing plastic resins incorporating recycled materials.
